Keep it up Yuvaj ????

Yuvraj Singh has given a strong answer to Mr Sanjay Manjrekar and Ravi Shastri, both the senior cricketers and commentators, had criticised Yuvraj"s selection for the ongoing T20 World Cup.

They had commented that Yuvraj should not have been picked in the team, even if the selectors have included him in the team its on emotional grounds, not on the his fitness to play competitive cricket at the highest level.

But Yuvraj has definitely proved them wrong by giving consitant performance on the field and challenging the opponents in every aspect of the game.

X FACTOR YUVRAJ.....

Its was a perfect comeback for the dashing all-rounder Yuvraj Singh, against the only T20 match against New Zealand at Chennai.

He walked in after the fall of Suresh Raina's wicket, among thunderous applause from the crowd, he touched the ground in obeisance, as  his dream came true to be again in the international playing arena, at the highest level of the game.

On the field he was very much composed without any reactions, when he took a high rise catch to dismiss Franklin, the players rushed to pat him and congratulate him, but the usual roar was missing after taking the catch, and the reaction on the face was flat when he was congratulated.

He bowled two good overs for only 14 runs, again the aggression was missing which is the signature of Yuvraj.. He was perfect in fielding diving and stopping the ball as usual.

In batting he smashed 34 runs of 24 deliveries, which two towering sixes and one four, and was out of the last over .Although India lost by one run , but Yuvraj won the hearts of all the Indians, who had prayed for his comeback, with his smiling mother enjoying the scintillating comeback of his son in the stands . You are a bravo and an example to all who are suffering from " C " , a great comeback.

Zindagi Abhi Baki Hai.....

"I don't know if I would be making one run or 20 runs, take a catch,or take  wickets....I am just so happy to be back. Some months back I could not even climb the stairs, and now I have this chance ",these are the words from Yuvraj Singh.

These encouraging words will inspire everyone, who is fighting against any dreadful disease , the way Yuvraj has fought against cancer , is an inspiring example for anyone fighting against cancer.

A documentary ZINDAGI ABHI BAKI HAI  will show Yuvraj's battle against 'C' and how he came out triumphant. The documentary will be aired in November.

Yuvraj said ' The documentary is a reflection of what a cancer patient goes through. I wanted it to be documented as I wanted it to be an inspiration for those who live in denial. It is my story I want everyone to live their life all over  again.'  He further says ' At times I felt that chemotherapy was destroying my body, but at the same time , I also realised that I had to fight it out. When you have cancer, you work towards saving your life and I am thankful to God for giving me back my life. I wanted to come out stronger and play for India again.

His feelings were flowing like water and he said ' I am just raring to go to the field , Its like a child who has got his first Christmas gift and can't wait to open it.

All the best Yuvraj the entire nation is with you, waiting to see you again on the field.

Leave it to Sachin......

The highest wicket-taker in Test Cricket the Australian pacer Glen McGrath said " Leave it to Sachin, he will know when to go." These are the comments from the legendary bowler who has taken 563 wickets, highest no of Test wickets . These are the kind of comments from a true sportsman, who has dismissed Sachin six times in Tests and seven times in one dayers.

Sachin has been playing since 22 years in international cricket, and is a Kohinoor diamond in the world of cricket. He is a true sportsman dedicated to Indian Cricket . He is on the top of all cricketers of the world.

No doubt Sunil Gavasker is a stalwart, and a batting genius the entire cricket playing countries are aware, he has served very well Indian cricket by scoring memorable knocks. But he has no right to comment on Sachins footwork, since he is getting out by being bowled, against fast bowlers.

Gavasker himself has played ample international cricket, and very well knows that a cricketer cannot give good performance matches after matches. How can he comment for Sachin who has scored 15000 runs and 51 hundereds. Gavasker is supposed to be the most perfect thinker and a person who has vast knowledge of the game . Just compare the records and runs of Sachin with other cricketers, he is far ahead of all of them.

The media and stalwarts like Gavasker should focus light on his no of fantastic matching winning performances which are more than his failures .
He has bounced back after a lean period and injury with thunder , to say shut up to his critics. Hence Mr Gavasker be a sportsman and do not comment on the masters footwork, compare your record with his...and bow to a man playing consistently since 22 years.

GUYS LEAVE IT TO SACHIN AND LET HIM ENJOY HIS PASSION FOR THE GAME UNTIL HE DECIDES TO RETIRE.

The Legend Ages.....

Sachin Tendulkar, the legend of cricket world, shows signs of ageing. The way he was bowled in the on going test series, against the Kiwi fast bowlers has to be noted. At the age nearing 40 years, Sachin's footwork is not as nimble and fast as it was earlier, against full length deliveries.

Sunil Gavaskar, the first cricketer to score 10000 runs in test cricket said " its a worrying sign ..... Gavaskar was concerned about the big gap between bat and pad ... he said with age the feet do not come to the pitch of the ball, and the eyes cannot follow the line of delivery when it leaves bowlers arm.

Should Sachin consider to retire or he will bounce back again with  thunder, is to be seen in the coming days.   With so many talented young cricketers shaping up India has no worry if Sachin is not there. Of course, the whole world will miss the cricketing genius .    .
